Ben Procida graduated from Rutgers University in 2009 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He is an AAAI Certified Personal Trainer as well as a USA Weightlifting Certified Sport Performance Coach. Ben has experience in a variety of settings from summer camps to personal training in corporate fitness centers to working with olympic weight lifters and high school and college level athletes. Ben's passion for fitness stems from his love for sports like soccer and basketball, as well as outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and snowboarding. Ben grew up in New Jersey where he lived until June 2010 when he moved to Vermont. Since relocating Ben is enjoying his time in Vermont and hopes to get more involved in different outdoor activities in the future.
