The activities of life are dynamic. Training should be the same. As a recently certified ISFTA
Personal Trainer, and decade long practitioner, I believe that fitness starts with the core –
includes movement and balance. Most hobbies and sports demand of the body strength and
endurance. While size and power can be achieved and have their specific application is some
activities most of us want to be as strong at the end of the hike as when we started, perform as
well in the 4th quarter as in the 1st. The goal is strength and endurance.

Thru the use of machines, free weights, resistance bands, TRX, balance balls and one’s own
body weight my programs will challenge you with multiple movements. Not many activities are
performed while sitting or lying down. You will achieve increased strength with enhanced cardio
capacity. Athletes will also receive sport specific training.

Looking forward to working with high school, college & adult athletes, as well as casual hobbyists,
looking to be stronger for longer.
