Carol Bennett began her fitness career as a group fitness program director and Women’s wellness coordinator for the Sports and Fitness Edge and The Racquet’s Edge Community Fitness Center. Obtaining a personal training certification (AAFA) in 1996. With a background in group exercise development and fitness business consulting. Carol went on to obtain her Yoga Fit ™ certification in 2001. She pursued her fitness career further in 2005 by obtaining a specialty certification through the Cooper institute in weight management and dietary guidance. Then in 2010 Carol completed her study with the American College of Sports Medicine where she obtained her accredited Personal Training Certification. Carol’s area of expertise includes but are not limited to the following: Weight loss, wellness programs, small group training, yoga and “Fitness at Home” programs.
